Impostor Software LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Big Break mobile game (the "App"). This page explains what data the App and its service providers collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. Big Break is a single-player music-career game; it does not have user accounts.
Apple Music Library (MusicKit): With your permission, the App reads your Apple Music library so it can build your in-game band around real artists you listen to. This data is read on your device to personalize gameplay and is not stored on our servers. If you decline, the App still works using its built-in artist catalog.
Advertising (Google AdMob): The free version of Big Break shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure these ads, Google may collect a device advertising identifier, approximate (coarse) location, ad-interaction data, and basic diagnostic information. This is standard third-party advertising data and may be used to personalize ads and to limit how often you see the same ad. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase disables ad serving.
App Tracking Transparency: Before any tracking-enabled advertising occurs, the App presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," ads are shown in a non-personalized way and no cross-app tracking identifier (IDFA) is used. The App is fully playable either way.
Diagnostics: We and our service providers may receive anonymous crash and performance data so we can keep the game stable. This data is not linked to your identity.
Game Progress: Your career progress, energy, instruments, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this progress may sync across your devices through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store, which is tied to your Apple ID and accessible only to you — we cannot see it.

Big Break offers optional in-app purchases (such as energy packs and an ad-free upgrade). All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Big Break is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Because the free version shows third-party ads, we recommend a parent or guardian review the App and enable an ad-free experience for younger players.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
